  • Please return dumbbells, mats, plates, and any exercise equipment you use back to its proper place.
  • Use your gym towel to wipe off your sweat from the equipment as a courtesy to the next user.
  • Standard rules of decency, respect of privacy and good general conduct applies.

1. Dress properly.
2. Keep your belongings with you.
3. Do not eat on the gym floor.
4. Share the use of equipment.
5. Clean as you go.
6. Keep noise to a minimum.
7. Practice personal hygiene.
8. If you need assistance, please ask assistance from your fitness instructor.
9. Do not drop the weights.
